Contact Elite HomeCarers Direct to arrange for our CARE AT HOME Manager to visit you to discuss your care requirements.
If you wish to claim payments through your local Health and Social care Department you must undergo a “care needs assessment” - we will help to organise this.
You can then select to control your own care to meet your own needs via Direct Payments.
We can advise you on how to do this and set up your CARE AT HOME package.
If you fund your care privately your care package can be set up and agreed with our CARE AT HOME Manager.
Elite HomeCarers is registered with the Care Commission
Manager to visit you to discuss your care requirements.
